About the Sheriff's Foundation Scholarship Fund

In addition to providing aid to individuals in times of crisis, the Foundation wants to invest in the future of Pickens County. With the creation of the Scholarship Fund, the Sheriff’s Foundation partners with those students that receive perfect attendance throughout their high school career by providing scholarships to advance their education.

Additional Scholarship opportunities exist for children that have overcome significant adversity during their educational career.

Here are students recently awarded scholarships as a result of the Sheriff's Foundation Scholarship Fund:

#11 Christian Nicole Free 13 years perfect attendance award and Sheriff's Foundation scholarship for $500.00.	#16 Katie Shanon Caylor 13 years perfect attendance award and Sheriff's Foundation scholarship for $500.00.	#20 Ashley Nichols with Sheriff's Foundation scholarship for $1,000.00.
